I bring over 30 years of leadership and fundraising experience leading international and national nonprofits, including USA for UNHCR, UNHCR, Save the Children, UNICEF, Share our Strength, the National Museum of Australia, and the National Gallery of Australia.

I know all about the highs of leading and forming new teams, brokering multi-million-dollar partnerships, and building incredibly high-functioning boards and organizations. My sweet spot creating fast-growing non-profit start-ups and turning around organizations. I am experienced in balancing family demands, building an impactful career, balancing organizational needs and professional ambition, and working with demanding colleagues and staff members. I’ve been there and done it all, and I have the scars to prove it!

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), hold ACC certification from the International Coaching Federation ( ICF), and am a Certified DiSC and Five Behaviors Authorized Partner. Before coaching and consulting, I worked for over 30 years for various government, non–profit, and United Nations Agencies.
